Ingredients : 

2 eggs
4 egg yolks
1 cup flour
2 cups milk
¼ cup oil
½ cup brown sugar
½ cup sugar
½ tsp nutmeg
2 cups fresh strawberries
½ cup unsalted butter
½ tsp cinnamon
Cream

Instructions : 

1. To make the mixture lump-free, whisk the egg yolks, sugar, whole eggs, grease, flour, and milk.
2. Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Spray the pan with cooking spray.
3. Add one full scoop of batter to the pan with a 2 oz. Ladle or 1/4 cup, and then turn the pan to equally
distribute the crepe batter on the bottom of the pan.
4. Cook for about 20 seconds, and use a rubber spatula to flip the crepe and cook for another 10 seconds.
5. When you’re making the filling, set the crepes aside.
6. Slice the strawberries into pieces.
7. Heat the sauté pan.
8. Add brown sugar after the butter has melted.
9. Combine the strawberries, cinnamon, and nutmeg in a mixing dish.
10.Heat it for a minute or two.
11.Allow cooling before serving.
12.Placing the Crepes Together: Load about two teaspoons of strawberry filling and fill it into the core of each
crepe.
13.Then fill them with cream and serve.
