Ingredients : 

4-pound leg of lamb 1
lemon juice 3 tbsp.
Curry powder 1 tbsp.
Minced garlic 2 cloves
ground black pepper ½ tsp.
sliced onions 1 cup
dry vermouth ½ cup

Instructions : 

1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. On a roasting pan, place the leg of the lamb. 1 teaspoon lemon juice 1 teaspoon lemon juice 1 teaspoon
lemon juice 1 teaspoon lemon juice 1 teaspoon lemon juice 1 teaspoon lemon
3. Make a paste with the remaining spices and 2 teaspoons of lemon juice. The paste should be applied to the lamb.
4. Preheat the oven to 410 degrees Fahrenheit and roast the lamb for 30 minutes.
5. Remove the fat and add the onions and vermouth.
6. Cook for another 1¾–2 hours at 325° F. Frequently baste the leg of lamb. Remove from the oven when the
internal temperature reaches 145°F and set aside for 3 minutes before serving.
